Drone Structural Inspection

Cyberhawk’s drone inspection technique offers structural inspections which are faster and safer than conventional access methods. Typical inspections include overhead line equipment, tunnel shafts, building exteriors and chimneys.

Our inspection technique reduces costs by removing the requirement for large areas of scaffolding and improves safety by reducing the need for working at height or trackside. All inspections are carried out by highly experienced CSWIP qualified plant inspectors, civil, structural, mechanical and chemical engineers.

Significant cost savings

Our drone inspection technique means complex assets, difficult to access structures and confined areas can be inspected in a fraction of the time of traditional access methods. Together with the ability to inspect live equipment, this drastically reduces inspection costs.

Improved health and safety

Small, unmanned, battery operated drones reduce the need for people to be placed in potentially dangerous locations, such as at height or in confined spaces. Detailed risk assessments and method statements are prepared before every assignment.

High quality data

Fully qualified inspection engineers are present on every assignment to provide an interim report at the end of each day, prior to a detailed inspection report which is compiled back in our Inspection Centre.
