Cyberhawk is pleased to present the 2024 ESG Report, as we reflect on the year gone by and our progress towards our sustainability goals. As we continue a period of rapid growth at Cyberhawk, it becomes more important than ever that we are cognisant of how our work effects the people, businesses and environment around us.

In 2021, we developed our first ESG Report, which cemented our commitments and goals for the future, including the benchmarks we’ll use to hold ourselves to account. Cyberhawk proudly joined the United Nations Race to Zero campaign in 2022 as a signatory under the SME Climate Commitment, placing our ESG strategy at the core of our business operations. We are dedicated to supporting our customers and partners in achieving their ESG targets, leveraging our expertise and resources to drive positive change.

Sustainability is not just a goal for us, it is a fundamental value that guides our actions and shapes our vision for a better future. From implementing sustainable practices within our own operations to offering innovative solutions that empower others to embrace sustainability, we are committed to making a meaningful impact on our planet and fostering a more sustainable future for all.

Each year we produce an annual ESG Report which forms a core part of our transparency and accountability as we work towards those goals. We lay out the progress we've made over the previous year across our three core pillars; Elevating our People, Protecting our Planet, and Doing Decent Business.

Cathy Legrand, Cyberhawk's QHSE Manager, commented, " In 2023 we saw some great progress which has been highlighted in our recent report, but beyond the headlines and stats, I noticed some changes that to me are just as promising and exciting!

  • We are seeing our discussions about environmental topics, social matters and governance practices are being emulated by our customers and the supply chain we are part of
  • Colleagues are talking about ESG matters even during lunch time!
  • New team members are eager to start with Cyberhawk after looking at our ESG program and involvement."

"UN secretary Antonio Guturres said recently "we do have a choice: creating tipping points for climate progress- or careening to tipping points for climate disaster". Too often we think "others" should start acting first; it's crucial that individuals can feel their actions are making a difference, as it's only together that we can move in right direction. Let's stay engaged and celebrate the progress we make together! "

COO Phil Buchan, who heads up Cyberhawk's ESG efforts, said, "It's very encouraging to see the progress made in 2023 towards our ESG goals, particularly in female representation and the reduction of our corporate CO2 emissions by 30%. It's also bolstering to see such positive feedback from Cyberhawk employees through Peakon, particularly with regard to inclusivity and diversity. While its great to relish in all the positives, it's an important part of the yearly review to recognise where work still needs to be done, for example female representation in leadership roles, and scopes 1 and 3 of our corporate emissions. These reflections inform our ESG efforts going forward and mean we can continue to pursue our goals with intention and enthusiasm."
