See your assets
like never before
Aerial inspections deliver greater coverage and higher quality imagery, with fewer boots on the ground than traditional methods. This provides deeper insights into asset health, allowing for more accurate, data-driven decision-making, in a fraction of the time.
By using drones instead of people to inspect hazardous or inaccessible areas, we can reduce the need for scaffolding or rope-access, keeping team members safely out of harm’s way. This all adds up to faster, safer and more informative inspections, resulting in fewer trucks rolls, reduced asset down time, better repair prioritization, ultimately keeping costs down.
External aerial inspections
Inspections of critical infrastructure traditionally demand scaffolding, rope access, or outages, increasing risk and cost.
Cyberhawk replaces traditional inspection methods, instead deploying drones to capture ultra-high-resolution imagery across every angle, from offshore flares to wind turbines, to transmission towers and substations. No scaffolding — just fast, safe, and comprehensive aerial insight. The result: clear, actionable data that lets you assess asset condition, plan maintenance, and make decisions with confidence.
Backed by advanced drones, payloads and sensors, Cyberhawk pilots deliver accurate, safe, and compliant aerial inspections that turn complex assets into clear, actionable insight you can rely on.
Confined space inspections
We use specialized confined-space drones to conduct inspections of hard to reach assets such as cooling towers, tanks, boilers and pipelines, where human entry poses significant safety risks. Equipped with high-resolution cameras, LiDAR, and thermal sensors, drones can capture incredibly detailed georeferenced aerial and structural data.
This approach greatly improves worker safety, reduces inspection time and costs, and minimizes equipment downtime. Additionally, drones provide repeatable, high-quality data that allows condition monitoring through time, for more accurate assessments and better-informed maintenance decisions.
Ultrasonic thickness testing
Equipped with advanced ultrasonic sensors to measure metal thickness with sub-millimeter precision, we capture georeferenced data across hard-to-access areas, across a range of critical industrial assets.
Engineers can detect early-stage wear, prioritize interventions, and reduce unplanned downtime, all without scaffolding, rope access, or confined-space entry.
Thermography
Cyberhawk uses drones equipped with advanced thermal cameras to capture precise temperature profiles across critical assets often in hard-to-reach or hazardous locations.
Thermography data reveals hidden faults by highlighting abnormal heat patterns, detecting electrical overloads, mechanical wear, leaks, insulation failures, and structural defects like hot spots or delamination, enabling your engineers to act proactively, maintain operational continuity, and reduce risk — all without shutdowns or unsafe manual inspections.
Concrete inspections
Concrete assessments are vital for ensuring the safety, longevity, and reliability of critical infrastructure assets. Our drone-based concrete assessments can identify cracks, delamination, corrosion, and other signs of deterioration before they compromise structural integrity.
Drone-based concrete assessments are faster, safer, and more comprehensive, without the need for scaffolding, costly shutdowns or placing technicians in harm's way. A drone-based approach supports proactive maintenance, reduces repair costs, and prevents catastrophic failures that could endanger lives or disrupt essential operations.
Engineering Inspections
Get expert eyes on your assets
A photo can’t always tell you if a crack needs monitoring or an urgent shutdown. Our inspection engineers can. They know where to look, what matters, and how to separate minor wear from major risk. Our certified engineers aren’t mere reviewers – they’re domain experts.
Using deep structural and mechanical knowledge, they turn raw inspection data into actionable intelligence. They assess, size, and classify every defect against industry standards, giving you clear, evidence-based insight into asset integrity so you can prioritize maintenance, reduce risk, and deploy personnel only where truly needed.
