Confined space inspections

We use specialized confined-space drones to conduct inspections of hard to reach assets such as cooling towers, tanks, boilers and pipelines, where human entry poses significant safety risks. Equipped with high-resolution cameras, LiDAR, and thermal sensors, drones can capture incredibly detailed georeferenced aerial and structural data.

This approach greatly improves worker safety, reduces inspection time and costs, and minimizes equipment downtime. Additionally, drones provide repeatable, high-quality data that allows condition monitoring through time, for more accurate assessments and better-informed maintenance decisions.

Ultrasonic thickness testing

Equipped with advanced ultrasonic sensors to measure metal thickness with sub-millimeter precision, we capture georeferenced data across hard-to-access areas, across a range of critical industrial assets.

Thermography

Cyberhawk uses drones equipped with advanced thermal cameras to capture precise temperature profiles across critical assets often in hard-to-reach or hazardous locations.

Thermography data reveals hidden faults by highlighting abnormal heat patterns, detecting electrical overloads, mechanical wear, leaks, insulation failures, and structural defects like hot spots or delamination, enabling your engineers to act proactively, maintain operational continuity, and reduce risk — all without shutdowns or unsafe manual inspections.
