Cyberhawk’s drone inspection solution delivers a comprehensive close visual inspection of an entire wind turbine, cooling tower or chimney stack. The benefits of this inspection allow the client to access hard to reach areas that would otherwise require rope access, scaffolding or cranes which are extremely hazardous and costly.
From Cyberhawk’s in-house inspection centers, our teams of inspection engineers analyze the data collected to categorize and report on the size and location of defects on all surfaces, in accordance with the agreed defect standard. Together with iHawk™, our cloud-based visual asset management software, we deliver high-quality inspection results to operators and OEMs allowing them to maintain an up-to-date view of the condition of their asset. Our analysis and quality assurance process ensure inspection accuracy and efficiency, as inspectors need to view images only once.
Developed in-house by Cyberhawk engineers, our cloud-based visual inspection software, iHawk, uses a map-driven platform to access all inspection information intuitively and easily, including the reporting matrix and the underlying high-definition images and engineering commentary. It can be used as a central repository for data on all assets and can be used as a visual asset management tool for an entire asset portfolio.

Cyberhawk conducted the world’s first ASME-Section XI Code inspection of two concrete PWR containment domes. Our method replaces the traditional “man in a basket” hanging from a crane which was dangerous, and expensive.
